I ended up setting it in gateway mode because the internet access doesnt work well in router mode. I set the firewall to accept from router 3 since 2 and 3 are both connected to router 1 and are parallel I had to enter router 3's gateway address from router 1's subnet as router 2 see connections from router one as (router 3's wan address)
